Company Profile

Nightshift Game Development is a studio located in Berlin, Germany. We are a team of three „veterans“ of the Berlin games industry and together we have over 50 years of experience in game development.

We have already worked on several successful single and multiplayer titles, such as the Drakensang series.

We’re not just developers, we’re gamers too, and we want to make games that excite and engage us as much as our players.

As a team, we believe in open and transparent interaction with each other: everyone should be able to contribute their ideas and thoughts.

Our goal is to make high quality games that are fun in the long run.

Games

Heir to the Throne (HttT) is an action role-playing game with borrowings from the hack’n’slay and rogue-lite genres in a top-down perspective. It is being developed for cooperative multiplayer mode, but will also be playable in single player – albeit with an increased difficulty level. Other features include direct controls, no fixed classes, randomized loot, randomized skills, randomized dungeons and more.
